    Goomooz Terms of Service and Policies

    You must be 12 years or older to open an account and use Goomooz services. Creating an account with Goomooz requires you to provide accurate and updated information. You are responsible for your login and password, ensuring that no one else can use them. You cannot use any established or registered social media name or company name that does not belong to you when registering an account.

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute the agreement between you and Goomooz regarding the Platform described below.

    By agreeing to these terms, you agree to abide by all Goomooz terms, rules, and policies. This agreement is between you and Goomooz.

    These Terms govern your use of any Goomooz services, mobile apps, websites, and other related services accessed via any electronic device.

    All rules and policies outlined in this agreement must be followed by you and any other user. Failure to comply with the rules and policies outlined in this agreement may result in Goomooz removing any posts, comments, accounts, and other related information added to any Goomooz platform by you and your account without notice, and without requiring your consent. This is to ensure we maintain a safe and enjoyable platform for all users.

    Goomooz reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service and other rules and policies at any time as necessary. Any updates to the Terms of Service require agreement from both new and existing Goomooz users. We will notify you of any changes to the user agreement.

    On any of Goomooz's platforms, you can create and share content, communicate with others, and view your own and others' content.

    You are the only person permitted to use your account.

    All actions you take on any Goomooz platform must comply with EU and US law.

    You are not allowed to do the following on any Goomooz platforms:

    • Engage in any illegal activities or promote illegal content.

    • Undermine the Goomooz platform or its services.

    • Engage in exploitative or inappropriate behavior with anyone.

    • Extract data, information, or content from the Goomooz platform.

    • Use any data, information, or content from any Goomooz platform for commercial activities without permission from Goomooz.

    • Use any data, information, or content from any Goomooz platform for private activities without permission from Goomooz, except for intended use.

    • Use copyrighted material, property, or user content without permission.

    • Spread, inform, or instruct others on how to break the law.

    • Provide instructions or information that can lead to harm, death, or injury in any way.

    • Spread false information.

    • Behave in an offensive manner or humiliate, intimidate, harass, mock, or embarrass anyone.

    • Spread or display hateful information against anyone or anything.

    • Spread or display nudity.

    • Spread or display pornographic material.

    • Spread or display any sexual activities.

    • Spread or display grooming behavior.

    • Spread or display content related to suicide and self-harm.

    • Spread or display content related to terrorism.

    • Spread or display spam.

    • Spread or display content related to gambling.

    • Spread or display content related to deaths or accidents.

    • Spread or display information about damaged property, humans, or animals.

    • Use impersonation to pose as another user, company, or person.

    • Discriminate against anyone or anything.

    • Spread or display violence.

    • Exploit anyone or anything.

    • Copy other users' content or information without their consent.

    • Upload advertising for a product or service outside of Goomooz's advertising function.

    • Promote tobacco, alcohol, or drugs.

    • Create fake Goomooz graphics or information.

    • Create fake user account graphics or information.

    • Spread viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful files to the Goomooz platform or its users.

    • Create Goomooz accounts using the name of a registered company, company name, or person's name that does not belong to you.


    You must report anyone who breaks the law or Goomooz terms of service.

    All members are expected to communicate in a respectful manner at all times. Any conduct that is viewed as unacceptable by Goomooz management will result in a warning and/or expulsion from the Goomooz application.

    Your content is yours, you own it, and you have responsibility for creating, posting, sharing, or deleting it. Your content will be shared by others on Goomooz platforms as well as on other social media platforms besides Goomooz.

    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Goomooz application, product, or services without express written permission by the Goomooz company.

    All post content created on Goomooz platforms can be seen by the public. All comments can be seen by all Goomooz users.

    You grant Goomooz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use your content to reproduce, make derivative works, perform and communicate your content to the public. This is to operate and develop Goomooz platforms. When you delete your account on Goomooz, your content and the associated license are also deleted.

    When you sell your premium posts in the Goomooz application, you earn 50%, and Goomooz earns 50% of the premium sale. Some transaction fees or other bank fees may apply. You are responsible for taxes on earnings. The payout of the earnings will be every 30 days if the amount is over 10 USD/EUR. If it’s under 10 USD/EUR, we wait another 30 days cycle until the earnings are 10 USD/EUR or more.

    We at Goomooz want to expand forever. We cannot promise that Goomooz is going to stay forever. You will have your account and content on Goomooz platforms as long as Goomooz is still around. If Goomooz for any reason ceases to exist, so will your account, content, and all communication there.

    We do not generally offer refunds for any purchases in the app at this stage. Still, there can be situations when we do.

    All premium purchases in the app are within your access as long as the Goomooz application exists and as long as the creator has their account on the Goomooz application.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    All content and messages on Goomooz platforms are not necessarily a worldview Goomooz supports.

    Goomooz does everything in our power to protect the users and their content. Sometimes the unexpected happens that Goomooz can’t control. Therefore, Goomooz does not take any responsibility for loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by Goomooz, other companies, or individuals/persons. Apart from these special situations, we at Goomooz strive to ensure that you have all the legal rights to which you are entitled.

    If you violate Goomooz terms of service, Goomooz reserves the right to delete your content and/or account or freeze your account for 30 days.

    You can only advertise any products, services, or brands by using the advertising function in the Goomooz app. Other advertising or promotion of a product, service, or brand will be removed.

    If you delete your account, your account, and your posts will be invisible to others for 30 days. After 30 days, your account will be deleted permanently together with your posts. If you reactivate your account within 30 days, your account will go back to normal and will not be deleted.

    The terms of service are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident.
