Goomooz Terms of Use

Welcome to Goomooz. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Goomooz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Additional terms or policies may apply to specific features; by using those features, you also agree to the applicable terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to register and use Goomooz. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts and Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials;

  • Be solely responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not create or use an account under a false identity, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.

4. Permitted Use

Goomooz is a platform for sharing, discovering, and creating step-by-step solutions and educational content. You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;

  • Harass, abuse, defame, or harm others;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights;

  • Upload viruses or malicious code;

  • Circumvent or attempt to undermine the Platform’s security features;

  • Post unauthorized advertisements or engage in unsolicited promotions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited conduct, at our sole discretion.

5. Community Standards

All users must adhere to our community standards, including but not limited to:

  • Respectful communication;

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity;

  • No impersonation or use of misleading identities;

  • No spamming, advertising, or scraping.

Content must be lawful, appropriate, and relevant to the platform’s educational purpose. Users are encouraged to report violations.

6. User-Generated Content and Rights

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to Goomooz. However, by posting content on the Platform, you grant Goomooz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. If you delete your account, the license and associated content will be removed unless the content has been shared, engaged with, or repurposed in a way that remains necessary for operational integrity or compliance.

7. Expert Services and Payments

If you are approved as an Expert, you may charge users for premium solutions. The following terms apply:

  • You receive 50% of the payment for each paid solution;

  • Goomooz retains the remaining 50%;

  • Payouts are processed monthly for balances exceeding $10 USD/EUR;

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or bank fees;

  • While we aim for timely payouts, delays may occur due to third-party processors or external factors beyond our control.

Goomooz is not liable for any such delays but will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted solely at Goomooz’s discretion.

9. Platform Availability and Modifications

Goomooz may, at any time, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform without notice or liability. In the event of permanent shutdown, all user accounts and associated content will be removed.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Deleted accounts are hidden for 30 days before permanent removal.

  • You may restore your account during this period by logging in.

  • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

11. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data privacy, content, and export control laws in the EU, US, and Hong Kong.

12. Language

The Goomooz interface is currently available in English. Users are welcome to post content in any language, provided it is clear, appropriate, and useful to the intended audience.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goomooz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform. All content is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goomooz, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute arising under these Terms.

16. Updates to These Terms

Goomooz may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
