Welcome to Goomooz! By accessing our website or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or app, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and any additional terms and policies that may apply. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Goomooz.

Use of the Platform
You may use our platform to access content, participate in the community, post content, search for solutions, and interact with others. You agree not to use Goomooz for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purposes.

Age Requirement
You must be 12 years or older to open an account and use Goomooz services.

Account Responsibility
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Only you are permitted to use your account.

Impersonation
You may not register using a name or entity that does not belong to you or mislead users through impersonation.

Community Guidelines
You agree to communicate respectfully and follow our rules. Any form of harassment, offensive behavior, illegal activity, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

You may not:
- Post or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use copyrighted material without permission.
- Distribute spam, viruses, or malware.
- Use Goomooz content for commercial or private use without permission.
- Advertise products or services outside of our ad system.

All users are expected to report violations.

Content and Ownership
You own the content you create. You are responsible for what you post. Content can be seen by the public and shared across platforms.
By posting on Goomooz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and share your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. If you delete your account, the associated content and license will be removed.

Expert Content and Payment
If you become an expert, you earn 50% of the payment for premium posts. Goomooz retains 50%. Payouts are made every 30 days for balances over 10 USD/EUR. Taxes and bank fees are your responsibility. While we aim to process all payouts on time, delays may occur due to banking system issues, third-party payment processors, or internal human error. Goomooz is not liable for delays outside of our direct control but will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.

Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made at Goomooz's sole discretion.

Platform Changes and Availability
Goomooz reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. If Goomooz ceases to exist, all accounts and content will be removed.

Termination
We reserve the right to delete, suspend, or restrict access to accounts that violate our terms. Accounts and content may be deleted without notice.
If you delete your account, it will be invisible for 30 days. After 30 days, it will be permanently deleted unless reactivated.

Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including EU and US laws.

Language
While the Goomooz interface is currently available only in English, you may post content in any language. Just ensure it is clear and useful to your intended audience.

Limitation of Liability
Goomooz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We strive to maintain a safe platform but cannot guarantee full protection from all risks.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goomooz, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user or third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong for the resolution of any disputes.

Modifications to Terms
Goomooz reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
