How is Goomooz different from YouTube or TikTok?
Goomooz has no long videos, no intros, no talking heads. Every solution is broken down into short, clear steps—videos loop until you’re ready to move on.
What kind of problems can I solve on Goomooz?
Anything. From fixing your bike, cooking pizza, or trading crypto to calming a toddler or starting a side hustle. If it can be explained step-by-step, it belongs on Goomooz.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. You can post questions in the Community and get help from people who’ve done it before.
Who creates the content?
Anyone. Users like you. Creators break down what they know into step-by-step solutions using video, text, or images.
Can I get personal help?
Yes. Use the Find screen to search for experts. Choose one, see the price, and get a custom solution in text, image, or video format.
How do I become an expert?
Start by posting many high-quality, free solutions. Once you’ve helped people consistently, you can apply or get invited to become a paid expert.
Is it free to use?
Yes. All public step-by-step content is free to browse, ask, and create. You only pay if you choose to hire an expert for a personalized solution.
What types of content can I post?
You can create step-by-step posts in video, image, or text format. Each step has a 7-second max for video and 100-character max for text/image instructions.
How do the swipeable steps work?
Each post is made up of multiple small steps. Stay on a step as long as you need — the video loops. Swipe right when you're ready to move on.
Can I follow specific creators or topics?
For now, you can engage with creators through the Discover and Explore screens. Personalized feeds and following features are coming soon.
Is Goomooz for full tutorials or courses?
No. Goomooz is built for specific, practical actions, not long courses. It’s about “how to change a spark plug” — not “how to become a mechanic.”
Can I post in any language?
Yes. Goomooz is open to all languages. Just make sure your steps are clear and useful to your intended audience.
Note: The app interface (menu, buttons, labels) is currently available in English only.
